Enjoyed a generous and delightful breakfast with a wide selection of food options, comfortable beds, and an affordable minibar, all in a room that was great value for £57.

The location was excellent for getting around, as a bus stop was nearby the hotel. The city room had a mini-fridge-bar, a personal safe, and central heating, facilities worked for us.

The breakfast was delightful and good with broad variation and a ready supply of excellent coffee, as example, you will not be disappointed. The location was very central, close enough to `` schwebebahn '', taxis and the city centre of Wuppertal.
The staff were chatty, didn't expect that coming.

The breakfast here was amazing - so many options and really tasty! the location is fantastic, right in a shopping area with all the buses and trains close by. Plus, you're surrounded by cool shops and cafes. 🚍

The hotel staff was very helpful, free wi-fi.
The room and bathroom was poorly furnished (very basic), parking options were limited, bed linen as well as towels were very poor...

Convenient central location in Wuppertal, with free Wi-Fi. Clean and comfortable, with helpful staff. Great for breaking our journey across Europe - we had an excellent night's sleep as the room was very quiet.
It would have been useful to note that the hotel is in a pedestrianized area, but that guests are permitted to drive through (slowly) to access the hotel.

The staff was efficient and competent in their manner. Generous breakfast with many options and hot drinks. - the location is handy and surprisingly quiet in the close area. - Next to the central station and a schwebebaan station, with shops, restaurants, and other amenities nearby.

It was a good place to arrive on a dark night after a long journey. I was immediately made to feel welcome and the staff were friendly and helpful, although I am far from fluent in German. The comfortable room had everything I needed and the breakfasts were especially good. The central position was ideal, close to a good bar and to interesting parts of the city, also the Schwebebahn, which was the main reason for my visit to Wuppertal. For this reason the complimentary travel pass was a definite bonus. As well as exploring Wuppertal, I also used the pass for a visit to Dusseldorf.
I have no complaints at all about the hotel. There was nothing about the hotel I didn't like. Directions from the Hauptbahnhof would have been useful, as I made a roundabout (and unnecessary) taxi journey to reach the hotel when I could have walked. This was entirely the fault of Google Maps, which recommended a route round three sides of a square and did not clearly show the pedestrian bridge across the river.

The staff were very pleasant. The rooms were clean, the breakfast room was spotless with a good range of snacks etc. The location was ideal for the Hauptbahnhof and Wuppertaler Schwebebahn. Walked out of the Hotel and straight into the main shopping area, plenty of shops to look in. Wuppertal people were very friendly.
